How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the app store linked to your device rather than inside the app itself. To stop your subscription, follow the instructions below.
For iPhone users
- Open Settings on your device.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Find the app in the list.
- Choose Cancel Subscription.
For Android users
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon.
- Go to Payments and subscriptions.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Find the app in the list and choose the cancel option.
How do I request a refund?
Refund requests must be submitted through the store where the purchase was made. Refund approvals are handled by the platform provider.
For iPhone users
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Locate the purchase related to the app.
- Submit a refund request through the available option.
For Android users
- Go to play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.
- Find the order connected to your purchase.
- Select the option to report a problem and request a refund.
How do I change my subscription plan?
Subscription plans can be modified through the subscription settings in your device's app store.
For iPhone users
- Open Settings.
- Tap your name.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Choose the app from the list.
- Pick a different available subscription plan.
For Android users
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon.
- Go to Payments and subscriptions.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Choose the app and select another available plan.
Where can I find my invoices and receipts?
All purchases are processed through the app store account connected to your device. Receipts and billing records are provided by the store.
For iPhone users
- Apple sends purchase receipts to the email address linked to your Apple ID.
- You can also view your purchase history by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com.
For Android users
- Google sends purchase confirmations to your Gmail account.
- You can also check your order history at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Your purchases are linked to your app store account and can be restored when you use the same account on another device.
For iPhone users
- Sign in with the same Apple ID used when the purchase was made.
- Open the app and locate the Restore Purchases option inside the settings or subscription section.
For Android users
- Sign in with the same Google account used for the original purchase.
- Open the app and locate the Restore Purchases option in the settings or subscription area.
How do I delete my account?
If the app supports user accounts, the option to remove your account is usually available inside the app settings. Look for an option labeled Delete Account or Remove Account within the settings menu. If you cannot find this option, you can contact our support team for assistance.
