Google Play Store

For apps distributed through Google Play, all purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play.

Refund eligibility is limited to:

• Accidental purchases
• The most recent billing period when the subscription was not intentionally used

Refunds cannot be provided for past billing periods where services have already been used. Refund requests may only be processed if they are still eligible within Google's Order Management system.

Apple App Store

For apps distributed through the Apple App Store, purchases and refunds are handled directly through Apple's payment and refund systems and are subject to Apple's policies.

Consent to Share Consumption Data with Apple

If you make purchases through Apple's in-app purchase system, you acknowledge and agree that we may share information about your usage of purchased content with Apple for the purpose of reviewing refund requests.

This information may include details about how purchased content has been accessed or used. Such data sharing is conducted in accordance with Apple's policies and only when necessary to evaluate refund eligibility.

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and software associated with our Services are owned by or licensed to Nova Rights LLC, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our Services without our prior written permission.

Our Services may integrate or rely on third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Google Analytics
• Google AdMob
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

We are not responsible for the policies, content, or practices of these third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Rights LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
